WHICH GUARANTEES DO I HAVE ABOUT THE AUTHENTICITY OF MY PURCHASES?
All
new items sold on Lister Agent come from Italian
jewelleries and/or goldsmith’s firms that fill in the
Warranty in the moment of sale.
Our
items are delivered with receipt for fiscal purposes or, by
request, by invoice.
WHAT HAVE I TO DO TO KNOW THE STATE OF SHIPPING OF MY PURCHASE?
All
shippings made by Lister Agent happen through express service
UPS (other shipping systems at Your risk).
You
can check the state of shipping at any moment entering the
Tracking service of the site
UPS,
simply inserting the tracking number that we give in the
moment of shipping.
IN HOW MUCH TIME WILL I RECEIVE THE ITEMS I BOUGHT? HOW MUCH DOES
THE SHIPPING COST?
Shipping conditions
and costs may be established through agreements between the seller
and the buyer on the basis of the own needs.
The
standard shipping costs for Italy are Euro 15,00; for EEC are Euro
30,00 and for USA and Canada are $
75.00 (Euro 50,00).
For
other destinations ask an estimate.
The times of
delivery are indicative and are expressed in work days.
The item is shipped
in 72 hours from the receipt of the payment and
normally it arrives in 24 hours (72 hours for the
Islands, Calabria, Campania). These times are valid only and
exclusively for the Italian territory. For the foreign countries the
procedures could grow longer.
In the moment of
shipping it’s our habit to send to the buyer the tracking number
of the package to follow it OnLine till destination.
You can also
assure the value of the package.
The cost of this
service is the 2% of the value to assure.
In case of lost
of the package or of non-delivery or other You will refund of the
total value of the item.
Return Right
The ended purchases are regulated by the
Legislative Decree 185 of May, 22nd 1999.
Attention:
you can practice th refund right only following these conditions:

the items
must be returned in their original box
·
the items must not be tampered or damaged.
WHY ARE THE PRICES SO COMPETITIVE?
Lister Agent
decides the sale prices by common consent with the Jewelleries
and/or Goldsmith’s firms with whom he collaborates.
A retail shop can not compete with our prices, because of the fixed
costs that are typical for a physical shop and of the “value’s
sequence” characterized by a lot of passages.
ATTENTION: in the field of jewellery, watches and of the
luxury items, a too low price is a sign of scarce quality of the
item and/or of suspect authenticity.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE ITEMS THAT I PAIS THROUGH BANK TRANSFER?
The
shippings of the items paid through bank transfer are arranged in
72 hours from the receipt of the bank transfer.

WHICH PAYMENT SYSTEMS ARE ACCEPTED?
We
accept the following payments:
PayPal,

IS IT POSSIBLE?
The
delivery of the items in our offices is possible.
In
case that the buyer chooses this option, we request an advance of
the payment of the 20% of the price of the item: the rest will be
settled at delivery.

WithYour registration on Lister Agent we will have access to the
Private Area and you will see all our items for sale.
The
non-registered users can not access to the Private Area and can only
see the items that are in the shopwindow on the Home Page.
