In conformity with the law n. 675 of the 31 of December 1996 and following alterations “Tutelage of the person and of other subjects in regard to the treatment of personal data”. The subject matter of the section 13, law 675/1996, relevant to Your rights (to the rights of the company/firm which You represent) about the treatment of personal data, is the following: 1. In relation to the treatment of personal data, the party concerned has the right: a) to know, through free access at the register of which in the section 31, paragraph 1, letter a), the existence of treatments of data, which can concern him; b) to be informed about what is indicated in the section 7, paragraph 4, letters a), b), and h); c) to get, with the care of the owner or of the responsible, without delay: 1) the confirmation of the existence or not of personal data, which concern him, even if they aren’t registered yet and the communication in intelligible form of the same data and of their origin, as well as of the logic and of the purposes on which the treatment bases; the request can be renewed, except the existence of justified grounds, with interval not shorter than ninety days; 2) the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the blockage of the treated data in violation of law, included them of which it isn’t necessary the conservation in relation to the purposes for which the data have been gathered or subsequently treated; 3) the updating, the rectification, that is, if there is the interest, the supplement of the data; 4) the declaration that the operations of which on the numbers 2) and 3) have been brought to knowledge, also as regards their content, of them to which the data have been told or widespread, excepted the case that this fulfilment is impossible or that it requires an excessive use of means in regard to the protected right ; d) to oppose, in all or in part, for legitimate grounds, the treatment of the personal data, which concern him, even if pertaining to the purpose of gathering; e) to oppose, in all or in part, the treatment of the personal data which concern him, provided for purposes of business informations or of mailing of advertising material or of direct sale that is for the fulfilment of market researches or of interactive business communications and to be informed by the owner, not later of the moment when the data are told or widespread about the possibility to exercise free this right. 2. For every request of which at paragraph 1, letter c), number 1), it can be asked to the party concerned, if it isn’t confirmed the existence of the data which concern him, a contribute of expenses, not higher than the costs actually supported, according to the forms and within limits established by the regulations of which on the section 33, paragraph 3. 3. the rights of which on paragraph 1 refered to the personal data concerning dead persons, can be exercised by anyone who has the interest. 4. In the exercise of the rights of which on paragraph 1, the party concerned can give, in writing, power of proxy or power of attorney to persons or associations. 5. The rules about the professional secret of the tradespeople with the profession of journalist remain steady, as far as the source of piece of news. At that purpose the party concerned can adress to the adress of electronic post of the firm which requests the data.
