A totale garanzia del cliente listeragent assicura la possibilità di recesso alla luce delle norme attuali in materia di disdetta e restituzione della merce (art.5 legge DL 22 maggio 1999 - n.185).

Il cliente ha diritto a recedere dal contratto di acquisto entro 10 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento della merce, senza necessità di fornire spiegazioni.

La comunicazione può essere anticipata via e-mail o via fax (0735-652162) sempre entro lo stesso termine, a condizione che sia confermata mediante Raccomandata AR entro le 48 ore successive.

Una volta pervenutaci la comunicazione il cliente verrà ricontattato da Lister Agent, che comunicherà le modalità di restituzione della merce acquistata.

La merce dovrà essere inserita in una seconda scatola in modo da evitare possibili danneggiamenti e in modo da evitare l'apposizione di etichette o nastro adesivo sulla confezione originale.

Le spese di spedizione e i rischi di trasporto relativi alla restituzione della merce sono ad esclusivo carico del cliente.

In caso di danneggiamento del bene durante il trasporto Lister Agent darà tempestiva comunicazione al cliente dell'accaduto per consentirgli di sporgere denuncia presso il vettore scelto ed ottenere il rimborso del valore del bene, se assicurato; in questa eventualità il prodotto sarà messo a disposizione del cliente per la sua restituzione, annullando contemporaneamente la richiesta di recesso.

Lister Agent non risponde di eventuali danni, furti o smarrimenti per spedizioni restituite non assicurate.

Lister Agent si riserva il diritto di addebitare al cliente le spese di ripristino di eventuali danni o manomissioni non derivanti dal trasporto.

Il diritto di recesso viene applicato solo se il materiale acquistato sarà restituito integro, nella sua confezione originale, completa in tutte le sue parti (documentazione, imballo.. etc.).

Il diritto di recesso decade totalmente nel caso in cui Lister Agent accerti la mancanza delle condizioni di cui sopra, nel qual caso il bene verrà restituito al mittente, addebitando allo stesso le spese di spedizione.

Qualora la procedura per l'esercizio del diritto di recesso venga rispettata dal cliente, Lister Agent provvederà entro 30 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento dalla comunicazione di avvalersi del diritto di recesso, a rimborsare l'importo pagato, ad esclusione delle eventuali spese di spedizione e/o ripristino, tramite bonifico bancario.

Sarà cura del cliente fornire nel minor tempo possibile le coordinate bancarie sulle quali ottenere il rimborso (ABI – CAB – Conto corrente).

Nel caso in cui il cliente dovesse avvalersi di un conto non intestato a se stesso è obbligatorio fornire, oltre ai dati per l'esecuzione del bonifico, anche un'autorizzazione dell'intestatario del c/c.

As total guarantee of the customer, listeragent ensures the possibility of recess to the light of the current rules about cancellation and return of the merchandise (section 5, law Law by Decree 22nd May 1999 - n. 185).

In the case that You arent' satisfied of the item You received, because it isn't as described, You can return it in 10 days after receiving.

The right of recess is exercised by written communication sent by registered mail with return receipt. Make sure to keep original the packet of the item and the enclosed tags and send the package to:

The announcement may be divulged via e-mail or via fax (+39 0735 652162) always within the same time limit, on condition that it will be confirmed through Registered Mail in the following 48 hours.

As soon as the announcement is received, Lister Agent will contact the customer, and will tell him the return forms of the purchased merchandise.

The merchandise will have to be put in a second box to prevent possible damages and to prevent the affixing of stickers or adhesive tape on the original box.

The shipping costs and the risks relative to the merchandise’s return are at exclusive customer’s expense.

In case of damage of the merchandise during the shipping, Lister Agent will inform the customer in good time about the happening so that he can lodge an accusation against the chosen carrier and get the refund of the value of the merchandise, if insured; in this event the item will be put at the customer’s disposal for its return, cancelling at the same time the request of return.

Lister Agent is not responsible for any damages, thefts or loss for non-insured return shippings.

Lister Agent reserves the right to debit the customer with the reintroduction fees for any damages or breakings that don’t derive from the shipping.

The return right is applied only if the merchandise will be returned complete, in its original box, complete in all its parts (papers, packing… and so on).

The return right is completely lost in the case that Lister Agent ascertains the failing of the over specified conditions, and in this case the item will be returned to the sender, debiting him with the shipping fees.

If the procedure for the practice of the return right will be respected from the customer, Lister Agent will provide, in 30 working days from the receipt of the announcement, to make use of the return right, to refund the amount payed, except any shipping and/or reintroduction fees, through bank transfer.

The customer shall see to it to provide as soon as possible his bank details where he wishes to receive the refund (ABI – CAB – Account number).

In the case that the customer will make use of a bank account that is not at his name, it is compulsory to provide, besides the details for the execution of the bank transfer, also an authorization of the account’s owner.
