ATTENTION: For the Italian buyers, they are obligated to communicate the fiscal code or the VAT number in case of invoice.

WHAT GUARANTEE DO I HAVE ABOUT THE AUTHENTICITY OF MY PURCHASES?  

All new items for sale on Lister Agent which come from Italian Jewellers and / or jewellery companies endorse the warranty at the moment of sale and will send the receipt or, on demand, the commercial invoice (after confirmation of reception of the item and satisfaction).

HOW CAN I KNOW THE STATUS OF SHIPMENT OF MY PURCHASE ?

All shipments are made by Lister Agent through UPS, DHL, FedEx or TNT. You can at any time check the shipping status by accessing the service from the shipping company site, simply by entering the tracking number that we provided at the time of shipment. Our Customer Service is available for any information or help.

AFTER HOW MANY DAYS WILL I RECEIVE THE PURCHASED PRODUCTS? HOW MUCH DO THE SHIPMENTS COST?

Shipping methods and costs can be established through agreements between the seller and the buyer according to their respective needs. Standard shipping costs for Italy are Euro 20.00; for the EEC they are Euro 50.00 and for the USA and Canada they are $ 118,54 (Euro 100). For Asia and Oceania Euro 100.00. For other destinations ask for a quote.

Delivery times are indicative and are expressed in working days. The product is shipped within 72 hours of receipt of payment and is normally delivered within 24/48 hours. These times are valid only and exclusively for the Italian territory. For foreign countries the procedures could be lengthened. At the time of shipment it is our custom to send the buyer the tracking number of the package to track it online to its destination.

It is also possible to insure the value of the package. The cost of this service is equal to 3% of the value to be insured and therefore in case of loss of the package or non-delivery you will be fully refunded of the value of the product.

Return Rights

The ended purchases are regulated by Legislative Decree 185/99, as amended, which transposes EU Directives 97/7/EC and 2000/31/EC. In compliance with that rule, you can exercise the right of withdrawal only under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging. Items must not have been tampered with or damaged .

- The communication of return must be made in 14 days after the reception of the item.

- The cost of returning of the item rest at the expenses of the buyer, unless he can not prove a lack of conformity to manifest within two months of delivery of the goods.

- Any expense for a repair or return of the items must be authorized in advance.

Shipments of items paid by bank transfer are made within 72 hours of receiving payment. To speed it up, we suggest You to send the copy of the bank transfer through e-mail to info@listeragent.com

WHICH PAYMENT SYSTEMS ARE ACCEPTED? 

We accept the following payments: PayPal, Bank transfer, Postal money order, Western union. Other methods to evaluate, at the express request of the purchaser.

IT IS POSSIBLE TO TAKE THE ITEMS BY PERSON?

Hand delivery is possible in our office. If the buyer chooses this option we require an earnest money that is of 20% of the price of the item: the rest will be paid on delivery.

VAT SCHEME

According to the law Lister Agent applies the VAT of 22% on sales to private customers resident in the EU. 

  • For taxable persons resident in a Member State, it will be issued a not taxable VAT invoice according to Article 41, paragraph 1, letter a), L. 427/93 upon presentation of an active VAT number to which the invoice will be sent.
  • For persons residing in a State outside the territory of the Union, it will be issued a non-taxable VAT invoice according to art. 8, paragraph 1, letter a) Presidential Decree 633/72 provided that the shipment actually directed toward that State. Rest is understood that any duties or customs charges imposed by the legislation of the country of final destination will be covered by the buyer at their expense.

In both cases, shipping and insurance (obligatory) for the full value are at the expenses of the buyer.
